Big Green Egg Mesquite Wood Chunks
The traditional Southern American Smoke-out always includes some Mesquite flavouring. It works amazingly well with legs of lamb or brisket. Low and slow cooking like the way it’s supposed to be in the Southern States! Pre-soak these chunks for at least 30 minutes before use.
